The founder entered the field of cast film line and research technology actively, which accumulated a wealth of professional experience.

The company was formally established and initially developed from 2003 to 2005, SIMCHENG designed, produced and sold the first CPP/CPE/PVB cast film line in China. 

SIMCHENG manufactured the first 3500mm, 4000mm CPP/CPE 3-layer co-extrusion cast film line as well as the first 3500mm CPP wood grain film line. Also it filled domestic gaps of PVB glass interlayer film line and EVA solar battery encapsulation film line. 200 

SIMCHENG was given the title of Project Eagle Enterprise by Nanhai government.

SIMCHENG was given the title of Processing Technology Base of High-end & Wide-Width Cast Film Line by China Plastics Processing Industry Association..

Undertook The Central Budget Invests in Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Renovation Projects  of  National Development and Reform Commission.  SIMCHENG Was appraised the honor of Enterprise Credit Rating AAA by China Ministry of Commerce and  undertaken Modern Industry First 500 Projects of Guangdong provincial government

SIMCHENG was approved to build Engineering and Technology  R & D Center for the Solar Battery Encapsulation Film Line by Guangdong Science and Technology Department

SIMCHENG was given the title of Guangdong provincial Key Innovations to help high growth small & medium enterprise( private enterprises) by Guangdong Provincial Bureau and was awarded the title of  Advanced Unit for standardization by Nanhai government.

SIMCHENG was awarded the  title of  Guangdong Famous Brand Products.

SIMCHENG won the honor of China Light Industry R & D Innovative Advanced Enterprises, comprehensive ranking No. 10. Leading revision of industry standards officially issued and implemented.

SIMCHENG was awarded the title of China Well-known Trademark, and was approved to establish  Guangdong Academician Expert Work Station.  It was also designated as the Foshan Enterprise Technology Center. The Multi-channel sound &heat insulation glass laminated film line was designated as the first equipment in Advanced Equipment Manufacturing of Pearl River West Bank.

SIMCHENG was awarded  the title of the National Machinery Industry Quality and Efficiency Advanced Enterprise, Guangdong Strategic Emerging industries Backbone Enterprises, The Multi-channel sound &heat insulation glass laminated film line was designated as the first equipment of Guangdong  major technical equipment.

SIMCHENG was awarded  the title of Guangdong Well-known trademark , National Invisible Champion of Manufacturing Industry in Nanhai District.   

Undertook the cooperation projects of production, teaching and research of Provincial and ministerial level which named” Research and Application of optimization design technology of multi-layer co-extrusion CPP process and equipment”. “CPE high speed breathable line and  Polypropylene film production line were designated as the first provincial lines in Advanced Equipment Manufacturing of Pearl river West Bank. At the same time, SIMCHENG was certified as AEO Senior Certification Enterprise by Guangzhou Customs.

Carried out the Academician cooperation of bundling stretch technology. Guangdong academician Expert Enterprise workstation got successful review .CPE Film Line was designated as the first equipment in Advanced Equipment Manufacturing of Pearl River West Bank (Provincial). Was titled of “Leading company in Foshan subsector industry”,  “Foshan Specializing new enterprises”, “Guangdong Academy of Sciences Enterprise workstation”.

Built Enterprise Work Station with Guangdong Academy of Sciences.  Was given the title of Guangdong Credit Unit by Guangdong Provincial Administration of market supervision.

Was selected for Key Intellectual Property Rights Protection in Foshan upon approval of Foshan Intellectual Property Office. Approved to build Guangdong Plastics Industry Association Group Standardization Technical Committee workstation. And won the title of Outstanding Contribution Unit of Chinese plastics industry by China Plastics Processing Industry Association.
