On December 15th, SIMCHENG held a grand 2024 annual summary and 2025 performance signing meeting. The company chairman Zhang Chunhua, general manager Qin Zhihong, and the heads of functional departments and supervisors participated in the meeting, which was held in Nanhai District Shishan Ramada Hotel Conference Centre. Lin Zhihong from the integrated management department presided over the meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting,company's vice chairman Ying Chenhui once again put forward the group's business objectives, emphasising the group's vision and mission, Simcheng should aspire to be the leader of advanced manufacturing, empowering innovation and development of materials industry, and promoting the green, low-carbon and high-quality development of human society. She hoped that in 2025 Simcheng would comprehensively upgrade the construction of the enterprise capability system, keep strong internally, to seize the opportunity from the environment with external pressure and internal involution. Immediately after, the general manager assistant ,Huang Beiwei, on behalf of the company did the annual development and operation situation and annual indicators of completion of the work of the report and issued the new year's business objectives. Subsequently, the quality objectives and information technology performance management objectives have also been issued. At this point, the company's 2025 blueprint of strive has been initially drawn. The year 2024 is about to pass, the person in charge of each department around the performance appraisal indicators, a summary of the department's 2024 annual indicators of completion, and seriously examine for problems and in-depth analysis of the causes of the work, the next year's work planning. Everyone start from the company's reality, seeks truth from facts, speaks freely offers advice, and contributes wisdom and strength to the development of the company.

After the head of each department spoke, general manager of the company, Ms Qin Zhihong, made a concluding speech. She said that 2024 was a very special year, the unstable external environment has brought great challenges to the development of the company, and at the same time, put forward four points of guidance for the work of the new year. The first is that she hopes that all the staff can be practical to prosper the industry, from the details of the little things to do, and do a good job of their positions. The second is she hopes that the company's entire staff can practice the company's various information technology tools to improve work efficiency and achieve a closed-loop workflow. Thirdly, staff must pay close attention to quality. Take quality, product delivery and innovation as the core competitiveness of the company. Fourth, by expanding resources and reducing expenditure, strengthening the learning of all staff, only continuous learning, and self-improvement and strengthening the training of the talent team can the company stand in the complex and changing market environment.

At the end of the meeting, 2025 annual performance appraisal signing ceremony was officially held, and the company's chairman, general manager, departmental division leaders,  as well as  departmental leaders went on stage to sign the 2025 annual target task responsibility of their respective departments. After the 2017 performance signing meeting, this is the 8^th performance signing meeting held by Simcheng. Once again in the company management clear objectives and direction of the new year, the whole company from top to bottom in the same direction.

Simcheng staff have the courage and determination to keep the right innovation, and practical work to prosper the industry, starting from pragmatic and willing to challenge the difficulties. In the year 2025 full of opportunities and challenges, Simcheng staff will be able to be down-to-earth, not afraid of the storm, hand in hand and reach new achievements!
